mariposa55 I had the same sort of trouble with my ATI Radeon 9200 pro 256mb, I reverted back to the original drivers that came with the card minus the ATI control panel and it works fine at any res, not sure what the affects will be on your games though. Hope this helps

If your Radeon 9200 or 9250 won't do the per pixel thing here's how you do it. step 1 uninstall all ati software, catalyst control center, control panel and 5.9 drivers. step 2 reboot. step 3 find your original driver disc that came with your card install drivers only (choose custom install) don't install the control panel. step 4 open windowblinds choose a per pixel skin and your away!. don't ask me why (no idea) this works fo

Eazy peeps now ive uninstalled all my ATI drivers with the ATI uninstaller rebooted then just loaded the drivers from the original cd that came with the card (Radeon 9200), hyperpaint works and per pixel borders supported screen res back too 1280x800 but when i tried to install ATI control panel it all went weird again with no per pixel and corupt skinning?

Eazy mate same sort of prob with my Radeon 9200 try changin screen resolution mine was on 1280x800 no per pixel support now running 1280x768 hyperpaint working and now my borders are transparent! can,t take the credit for this myself Many Thanx to Miss iseekserendipity. hope it works for you.

I have an ati Radeon 9200 pro 256mb, Athlon 2400+ ,768mb ram ,5.9 catalyst drivers, No transparancy in windows borders and no logon studio(anymore).I'm sure my card supports the per pixel borders. My machine still skins using Noire and some others but some like KOLs vista xp don't apply properly. what am I doing wrong?. Help Please!
