Anyu ideas as to what triggers the AI to have this listed in the relations with us part of the Foreign Report? It dosen't seem to be related to espionage. I haven't parked constructors near their resources, yet. Alignment dosen't seem to matter either. Edit. Never declared war on them or bribed someone to go to war with them. thoughts?

Happy Gaming.
Either way, you won't be doing it... in a few weeks I wouldn't think anyway. Have to agree. From what I have seen a year to a year and a half is typical for my games.
From Supported_Video_Chipsets DirectX 7 Chipsets DirectX 7 chipsets may run the game when updated with the latest drivers from the manufacturer's website, but users of these will experience graphical issues such as flat-shaded ships and no shadows on planets. Disabling point-sprites in the game's options menu can help improve performance on these cards. ATI Radeon 64 ATI Radeon 7000 Series A

I put about 30 hours into a gigantic abundant loose suicidal. Obscene I could get in right a 28. Inport I aim to post two games a month. Underway I can average 6 a month. I figure I could be done quicker but I micro every aspect.
lots of stock markets.
great screenie.
I think we need some kind of "ruling council" of the metaverse that's formed from representatives from *all* active empires and possibly metaverse players not even aligned with an empire. The purpose and goal of such a council would be to promote participation in the MV regardless of empire affiliation. Interesting.
Fundies are the counter to all the good boni that come with evil alignments. I think it works just as it should.
With 9 AI an abundabt gigantic loose galaxy can be fully colonized with in the first year of game play. No matter how big you make the galaxy it will alway be about the rush. Edit. This is on suicidal.
In the first screen did you select "Metaverse" before begining to play? If not, you can't submit the game.
I am for what ever is easiest. Sounds like one less click.
On a gigantic I have the flag ship and three survey probes. As those probes find resources they get upgraded to constructors and another survey probe is rolled out.
Note: Image will be scaled to maximum of 50x50 size. .JPG file format only. Does it meet this criteria?
i am wondering if i can get more benefit out of the excercise I out grab them every time. They only use there initial flag ship. Once you have impulse engines and survey 1 you can beat them every time. Also those little survey ships help you find the habitable planets, resources, etc.
I usually play fot the long game. I don't want to play a night or two and then start over. I have altered the way I play every game just to see what works better in different situations. I think the smallest I have played is large way back in the beta. I think I would play smaller more often if we ever got Meta scenerios that Wheel has pushed so hard for.
It is like going on a treasure hunt where you are the only contestant without a map! Auto Survey knows the way. You can get a couple of anomalies at the begining near your base with your flagship, but that's about
The only good AI is a dead AI. Amen. Try saving the neutrals for last.
keep a stronger military. get at least one alliance. don't totally destroy them. that about sums it up.
What size map and number opponents do you guys play with typically. Gigantic Abundant Loose. Suicidal level. Playing to long with out bumping up the difficulty will impact your ability to play at higher levels (if you ever wanted to play at higher levels).
umm what level?
Ahh. I thought you were having trouble posting a score.
