The original comes late?....DX does docks, then theres Mobydock and YZ's Dock. Mobydock also does "running apps" and YZ's can be docked top, bottom, left and right. At least it will be free. Look out for the rampant unauthorized distributions of icons and png's though. Hell, even Moshi has a litestep dock that will run inside of explorer.....

Why is this such a hard concept for some people? If you want to have your works viewed without moderation, upload then to your own wesite for which YOU pay the bandwidth or someplace else like deviantart that does not moderate for quality. End of story....move along.

Go to the program file directory i.e. C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10 and make shortcut links there to the desired applications. Then you can change the icons by right clicking and go to proprties/change icon. After you have completed changing the shortcut icons just right click each one and select "pin to start menu"....voila!

Shamelessly stolen from my friend Deadzombie over at Neowin... Create a new image in Photoshop, 128 pixels high by 768 pixels wide. This will give you 6 animation frames 128x128 (768/128 = 6). Make certain the background is transparent. Set your guides and grids to 128 pixels, 8 subdivisions. Show grid. You can open regedit and navigate to this key, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics. Change the shell icon size to 128 and reboot. Then you will be able to change the sizes up to 128 pixel icons. At this setting however, all of your windows icons will be HUGE...Desktop X is a better solution IMHO.
