Cheaper to BUY the laser printer

With so many games now having massive PDF files, and much of the future being online distrobution (Ive bought more online distros than box software in the past 12 months), it became clear that a good cheap laser printer was a good thing to have. Now that they can be had for under $150.00 (without any evil rebates) and they print fast and two-three thousand pages for ~$60, its no contest between an inkjet and certainly beats paying Kinkos!

So I broke down and bought a $120 laser printer, and now Im kicking myself for not having done so a year ago. Its a MUST HAVE for the new online distros, @ 2.5ยข/ page, even a massive 500 page manual is under $15. Sure its black and white, but most of the big manuals have always been so....and you can still print the occasional color page on the inkjet if you have too.

I sell mortgages...need one? LOL

Just giving everyone a heads up that Laser Printer prices now make printing your own manuals a reasonable, possibly preferable alternative to a print shop....heck I found one at Staples that was $79 after rebate...but alas it was usb 1...and I hate rebates

I think GalCiv 2 comes with a printed manual. No need to buy a laser printer.

unless of course you download it

I would think the .pdf manual would be enough for the download version.

But if you have the time, patience, paper and ink needed to print your own copy off then go ahead.
