Windowed Build and Crash Report?

I am playing with the windowed (can't get SmartException to work) build of GalCiv and have had the game crash to desktop a couple times.
I then get the Windows XP "do you want to send error" screen. I can see the details of the error report but I can't figure out how to copy it in order to post or send to SD.
How can I do this, and is this information that Stardock wants? I believe there was a post about using the window build to get error reports when SExcep. does't work.
