Simple Question

Do you have to have DesktopX instaled to submit to wincustomize. I want to submit something but it is to big and my connection keeps timming out. The file are only like a meg. Yes i have dial up.

I was going to take them to my friends house(who has dsl) and submit them. Just wondering. Thanks

How were whatever they are tested? Kinda scary.
