When was that last UP meeting?

Would it be possible to display the date of the last UP meeting on the UP screen somewhere? I find I can't remember and it is hard to try to plan for the next one.

How exactly do you "plan" for an UP meeting ? I understand how you can plan for an election, buy reuducing tax rate, creating social building right in time for the vote, but the UP ? Am I missing something ?

We have a one month warning in the event windows, enough to trade influence points with other civs.

You can buy influence from the other races. Influence is where your vote points come from. Early n the game you may not have as much influence as the other races.

Oooppps. I did not quite read your whole note before I responded. Sorry.

There are factors that make trading for influence with other civs difficult if you wait until you get the notification of a UP meeting, such as the demise of a minor civ that may have had just the amount you need at a better deal if you traded for it a few months before the meeting.
