Planet maintenance looks whacked.

I am epending a lot of cash for maintenance very early in the game (fresh game on Beta 4D), except for my home planet. Earth (which should have been "jack's flatt") is costing 1BC, Andoria I is costing 26BC, Andoria III is 25BC, and Heinlen III is 25BC. This is very wierd, because only earth has more than just a star port. and two planets haven't even completed their first building (not counting the initial colony seat building). So where is all of this maintenance expense going?????

The tool tip for morale is great, but that is not available (yet??) for maintenance, so I haven't a clue as to where all of this money is going.

Snap shots and usual other data sent to Scott.

Colonies now cost a lot to maintain off the bat but planetary improvements cost relatively little to nothing.

This was put in so that players who choose not to play the "colony rush" are not punished to the extent they were in the first GalCiv.

Actually, maintenance is counted twice. I thought I posted this elsewhere but I can't find it now. Just set your spending slider to zero and you'll see spending includes maintenance on the planet screen and net profit = income - spending - maintenance on the Civ Manager/Colonies screen. I hope this gets fixed in the next rev because it makes the early econ too hard to get rolling.
