Replacing Design caused CTD

Send zippedexception for CTD that happended twice when i add something to a design,

After the question if i want to replace the current design i get a CTD

Are you overwriting the previous ship design's name? If so, try naming them Mark 2 or something like that so that the name isn't exactly the same. Then you can just go to the governor's tab on the civ manager and change all the ships building ship X to build ship X Mark 2. In the meantime, I will look into the problem of overwriting ship designs.
