Localized versions?

Hello,
comes the release version in different languages (I want to get german language)? When I preorder the game (download version), then I get the english version or then I get an other language version?
When I want to join the beta team then I also can get the german version when the game will be released?

I believe that only the English-language version will be released on SDC, so if you want a localised version you will need to purchase it locally, or see if stardock can supply the localised language files seperately (if they have them, I don't doubt they will happily give them to you).
