Can destroy all rivals in one turn!

If I double click a computer player's planet and then select the "detials" button I can then select "destroy all improvements" and evberything on that planet is gone! I havn't tried the "destroy colony" button but I would think it would destroy the colony. That's some major power over the competition, and a bug.
