I'm trying to make a DX theme for a carPC, but is it possible to have something that shows tv from a PCI tuner and/or get a signal from a GPS mouse?

Dont know about gps,but there is already a tv object i think its called dtv4 or dtv3 not sure,and its for analogue tv only no digital,would be sweet if the was one for digital/hdtv
