When I get the weapon anomoly that add +1 to my ships offence nothing happens.

This is also true for Defense boosting anomolies. This is with my flagship in both cases.

Yeah, I've noticed that anomalies don't really do anything... plus when you direct your ship to that anomaly the destination readout tells you what it does, such as "Destination: morale01" (thing that ingreases morale 1%).
