The Research Academy is not an advancement to Research Center.

The Trade Center needs to be set as an upgrade to the Adv Market Center.
Like wise the the Invention Matrix needs to be set as an upgrade to the Research Academy.
So to the Xeno Farm needs to be set as an upgrade to the Farm.
