IconX Crashes - Help Me!

Everything else Stardock is fine and working great.

IconX crashes everytime I try to run it. This just happened recently. I have un-installed and reinstalled it and other applications to verify. My Stardock package which I purchased last year works great though. It's weird - I have attached the error report and have the .txt of the error report generated. Oh please someone help me with this: AppName: iconx.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: iconx.dll ModVer: 2.0.0.0 Offset: 000021f8 Looked for Application Data, to delete the files as suggested in this forum. No help. I am pretty sure it is an application specific conflict. Any help is appreciated.

When this happens, are you running DesktopX "objects" of any kind?

I donnot use DesktopX. (It does not show on startup or in trays)

A: I don't believe so, how can I check if any objects are running?
