possible bug with planets that surrender to you

havent been able to test this due to no civs surrendering to me in my second game but if a planet had a ship in que at the starport when it surrendered to me once it completed building i would get the ship completed message after every turn.

I think this is tied to the swarm of colony ships bug. The AI *loves* colony ships and makes them like crazy. I think (but I'll have to load a new game to test later) the bug may be that it doesn't show in the shipyard queue on a planet that surrenders to you.

To be clearer:
If a planet has a ship being built, and that planet is turned over to you through a surrender before the ship is complete, it continues to build, but the shipyard queue appears empty to you.

I've noticed the colony ships too

I played on very easy and it was the only ship the AI built!
