Serial Number not sent

I did Pre-Order but my serial number was not sent

Hi, I pre-ordered GC2 and I for some reason I was not mailed the serial number required for beta 3. When pre-ordering I did indicate the correct email ([email protected]) as my email adress. Could you please resolve this?

The preorders have not yet been processed, so only those who have fully purchased copies of GalCiv 2 from a few months back, or those that have purchased it through TotalGaming are going to have access to the beta at the moment. Preorders should be processed later today, and registration codes emailed accordingly.
