How do i get my regrestation info without using the order e-mail

I mean like i don't have the order e-mail

My father bought me the game and he DID have it but for some reason he did not have the right information at the time.... so is it possible to find another way to get the cd key? i know his e-mail accounts and such but what about the cd key?

Load up Stardock Central, under tools there is a "Lookup Serial Number" option which sends the serials for all your purchases in an email.
