Bad keyboard mapping on ship description text box

When saving a new ship design, you are presented with a Description textbox as the last step. For some reason, typing a dash (-) in this text box will put a "1/2" symbol in the box instead of the dash. (sorry, I can't reproduce the 1/2 symbol here. I think you know what I'm talking about, its one of the extended ASCII symbols)
