Cannot reconstruct Starport on colony

I tried out the beta recently. So far, I'm very impressed.

However, I had a problem with one of my colonies. I destroyed the Starport in a (failed) attempt to upgrade it. When I went to construct a new one, Starport did not show up on the building list.

Is this supposed to be that way, or is this something that needs to be fixed? If it is supposed to be that way, I would *highly* recommend a confirmation dialog, asking "Do you want to destroy building *foo*?" If it's something that needs to be fixed, I'm glad I could help out.

I have destroyed and rebuilt starports without trouble, many times. Sounds like you found a bug.

No, you should be able to destroy it and then rebuild it.  So what happened when you failed to upgrade it? And was there anything in the list when you tried to rebuild it, or did it just not let you build it on that tile?

Did you know you could upgrade star ports without destroying them?

And I think the "destroy building foo" could become too frustrating, no matter good an idea I think it is. If it saved me from a mistake just once I would think it was the greatest thing since the ENIAC, but I think I would get into the habit of just ignoring the foo so quickly that it would not save me even once.
