Population did drop when loading transports

I found that when I was loading transports the population of the planet did not seem to drop.

I saw the same thing, then when I went back and looked the next turn, then it had dropped.

It's a display not updating minor problem. If you load a transport, and go look at a different world, and then go look at the original, the pop is down.
