RSS Feed for this forum?

Well, I am wondering if there is RSS feeds for this message board. I am trying to setup my PDA to download RSS feeds from all forums I frequent and was wondering if there is a possibility of perhaps integrating it to this site.

I would really like RSS feeds as well. Or a NNTP access.

That would be cool but what about the resources needed to do that? Is it automatic kinda deal or would require people to do ?
