One of the apps we have is a crash handling utility called "SmartException".
Instead of just sending the error files from crashed games, players running this program can send a file containing the address of the chunk of code that caused the crash.
Needless to say, this little puppy can save WEEKS worth of frustrating bug hunting, which of course factors into more time for the code folks to put in stuff that makes the game more fun.
