Where can I get it? and the stuff that comes with it, like the thing that plays music.

Check the forums of either Aqua-soft.org or Aero-soft.com. In the 3rd party applications section, Ave's Apps.

Look around there for many great widgets.
The thing that plays music is the iTunes widget known as AveTunes.
