Windows Login Screen

Getting it back the way it was...

Well, my dad has a laptop which he uses for various domains (home/work). What he wants is the original xp login screen, and not the dropdown selection for user, domain, and password. For an example of what the computer's problem is, look below:

This is my shutdown dialog. I would like to make it the normail xp shutdown dialog.

Appreciate any help.

If you log on to a domain, you can't use the XP logon screen. You can only use the classic style logon dialog as shown in your screenshot.
