Cari, there's a bug involving launching colony ships. It happens when a ship is launched while going through the rotation of cities that completed projects. Apparently, if player clicks on a colony ship at one planet, but decides not to launch, at the next planet, or a later planet, if the player clicks Launch without having clicking another ship first, the colony ship will be launched AT THE PREVIOUS PLANET, but will be launched with POPULATION TAKEN FROM THE PLANET YOU WERE CURRENTLY LOOKING AT.
This can be annoying, is certainly faulty, and could even be exploited to move population instantly across the galaxy, if someone had a mind to do that.
Also, I ran into a new bug with a freighter that refused to connect to destination planets. Reloading did not help. I can't remember if the freighter was self-built or traded for, but I had a problem only with that one freighter, and it would not connect to any planets. I eventually disbanded it. Never seen this before.
