What was your best planet quality??

A couple of games ago...I ended up with a class 50 planet :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT: :CONGRAT:

I had the 'green thumbs' bonus, I had researched all the planetary improvement techs, and I had received the galactic event where your planet improves in quality.

Just wondering, is it possible to get a higher quality than PQ 50???

sure. You can start with 7% bonus, get the base class 35 random event and "The Terraformer" wonder (10%), plus all the improvements (40%) for 54 or 55. Or you can start with a base 26, get the +PQ colonizing event for around 53

So I guess the only thing you missed was choosing the +PQ advantage to start with.

Cheers!

49 was my highest... In my last recent game all my 3 planets had the maximum of 100 Billion Pop at the end, even the 26 PQ Planet Earth...

I've gotten into the 70s. You can get this if you receive a +40-50% PQ event on colonization, then have that planet get the Precursor event that turns it into a class 35 planet. The colonization bonus is now applied to class 35, giving you something around 50 even without improvements! Getting all the improvements can lift you into the 70s.
