Newest Score Not Added to Metaverse Total

The website was down for a while, try to resent the game again.

Hmm I could, but the game did go through and does show in my list of submitted games but its score just wasn't added to my total. I submitted this game at 1:10 PM PST and at that time the website was back up.

Hmmmmm, then I don't know, I know that there are couple of threads open about the same topic. I will retry to send it, because once before it happened to me that I send a game and the score didn't show up, also there is a difference between the score on your empire and the score in the general list of single players. Try again and see if goes thru again.

I tried resending it and it went through again but no change in my overall score.

Exxex99, scores are being received properly. You can go look at your profile and it does indeed show you submitted a medium maso today. I submitted two tiny masos this morning, and had the same result. The games are there, however, so it looks more like a minor DNS snafu on the rankings page (from the server move this morning, my guess is it's still pulling info from the old database or something, thus no updates from after the move).

Rest assured though that the stardockians will figure out what the problem is and fix it soon enough. You don't need to resubmit--the game is indeed logged in the database, it's just not displaying on the rankings

Hehe...wouldn't put it past Raybot Yes, me three (or four?) - submitted a maso which was apparently logged successfully but no increase in score on the big board. Interestingly, my meta score when I check my own personal record seems to have gone up by the 5k or so I'd expect, but not the public scoreboard.

Me 3, my last game is in my score list of games but no in my total as single player. Cotal what did you do with score table?? LOL

More likely that the "Ray AI" has mysteriously intervened to prevent you passing him, and as a side effect has frozen all the scores.....

Mmm . . . mabye. On a side note to Stardock I've never come up in the Gigantic Rankings board for some unknown reason either (even though mabye a third of my games are played at this size) . . . have I fallen through a hole in the Metaverse or something? :notsure:

It's also worth noting that the scores aren't totally ignored - new ranks are being applied based on the profile scores, so something's happening! (cf aldar etc)

Ray leashed one of the worms anomalies on the score board and now everytime Cotal gets closer a worm attacks her ship!!! LOL Shame on you Ray, shame on you,can't you defeat honestly a woman??? Shame time for the men ego-testical race. I am joining with the women side, go Cotal you got my vote!!! (I am trying to have my dinner assured by the way, sleeping in the couch is very uncomfortable)

I am 39, but my inner me is still like 12, I grew up in Cuba until 1994 when I and a group of friends built a raft and crossed the Gulf strait to come to the USA. So I still have a lot to catch up from my childhood without computers and cool games like other people had in their child years. Seriously I am a dreamer, poet and also a painter. I love arts, I am a Christian and I believe that there is a purpose in God's creation. I cannot see how God would have created such of a huge Universe just to have planted his seed in only one planet. I believe that our lives here on this planet is the first step into a bigger picture that would be revealed by God himself one day when we are ready for it. That is me. I love games specially strategy games. Caesar II, III, Pharaoh, etc. I love planning building and conquering. So that is me. And I really apprecciate having a lady breaking the stereotype of "women don't play computer games" (add the tone of voice of some old lady and you will understand my point) God didn't create woman to be a sideline object but to be an active participant in God's plan. So here you have it, that is me. My best definition about myself is I am a sinner saved by grace dreaming big about the future my Father has planned for me.

I've noticed also that our scores are still being updated under the empire screens (if you belong to one.) And the score is listed correctly when you look at your profile, but the ranking listed under there is still incorrect. And it seems like all the stats listed under the main metaverse page are outdated.

It seems like my spell of stasis worked.

Don't worry folks, the Metaverse would resume normal service once I start to crank games again.

Ok, it was a bug to the server move.  I have fixed the problem and scores will slowly update over the course of the next couple days or when you submit a new score.
