Whats goin' on?!?!! (new at this)

Hi all

New at this and all and i wanted to ask a question,
Whenever i start a new game, i seem to be ok for about 3 turns and then suddenly all my planets have "No resources", whats goin' on? How do i prevent this?

Help Appreciated :)

"No resources" should mean that your Treasury has fallen below -500bc. You can operate with deficit spending, but once you fall below -500bc there is nothing left to build or research with.
Double-check your treasury.

yep...
adjust more money to yourself..

choose economical party, colonize planets quickly and don't build all improvments.. LOL ;p

No resources in your military or social production box means that no money(resource) is channeled to those areas.
Reasons could be that your expense slider is at 0% or that your military or social sliders are at zero or such a low percentage that there is not a single production shield in your military or social production box.

Try not to go over board "purchasing" things, especially from Mitrosoft, as that cvan very quickly eat away at your treasury, and, if your not carefull, bankrupt you very quickly in the start of the game.

At leasst that was the mistake I made on my first couple of games :(
