ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

Congrats on overtaking GROSS, Evils. Just 3 months back, I betted successfully that the Evil empire would take less than 2 weeks to double from 3 to 6 overlords. Now you have 16.

The key to a high-ranked empire is the ability to recruit. Let's see if you Evils have the ability to assimilate or thwart the new pretender to the Evil throne. :)

Hairy, an Emperor can delete himself out of the Senate and out of the Empire. The empire can still continue but without anyone who can access empire admin. Interestingly, the Emperor can rejoin the empire and add himself back into the Senate, even if the empire is invite-only. I found out the above from experience.

Thank you, Ray the Wanderer. However don't get too comfortable. We evil types are very resourceful and we have our eye on the top spot.

I have voluntarily stepped down from the Senate. I don't have the time to devote to the entire process, so I think the spots should go to the active ones.

Besides, truly evil overlords pull the strings from behind the scenes, not in the Senate committee meetings haggling over the Evil Empire bylaws...

With Bucman stepping down, that leaves 7 senators and 1 emperor. Someone mentioned that the emperor will have two votes but I don't think that is the way we want this to go. Emperor Hairy has the deciding vote. We could still stand to overhaul our empire, but I can live with what we have now.

The metaverse has become an increasing hostile place. Pontius and I have managed to get back into our old arguement. And Gerakken, as usually, is trying to mediate between us and darkspire. I'll tell you what Spymaster, when I want to take darkspire out I will. Haha, this is so much fun, I love being evil >:(

if this offends anyone then i apologize now. i have returned bakka to senator status. i know his rason for leaving the senate, and it has been sorted. therefore as the website organizer he deserves to be a senator. this will leave us with 8 senators and hairy as the decider. if you dont like this move than i will glady recend my position in favor of bakka.

Sorry, 106,146 of those points are invalid. Please save the partying until you EARN those points. Not that I am upset. It actually was pretty damn evil to get those "double dipping" Slitherin points. I have to respect the pure evil cheesiness of that move. But honor dictates earning the victory. And even evil has honor (in most cases, at least). Now, the points are going to come anyway, I surely know. GROSS will be eclipsed by the might of the Evil Ones. But do you really want the stigma of that feat continuing on the backs of a gross exploit? (Pun intended.) Is it Stardock's problem now? Sure, they can fix it if it was brought to their attention in a more forceful manner, but that is not what is best here and it wouldn't be a problem if your Lady of Evil would fix it herself?

I have spoken to Slitherin and he wants to be in the Evil Empire.

Obviously he will not be submitting any more games.

The situation came to my attention when I discovered that my scores were appearing twice. Once for me and once for Slitherin. This happened after Stardock had a glitch, changed server or something.

Cari has made sure that my scores are now only credited to me.

Slitherin got his scores legitimately and he wants to be with us.

So stop whinging. Losers. LOL

Also, you know what I just saw that made me mad?! I looked at my score and the high score I have is back when I was with the Terran Federation and flirted with the good side. Pure Good gave me a better score than my Pure Evil. What's up with that? How come we evil types get penalized for being evil? Or am I wrong here?

there's a small penalty for being evil.
probably because someone thinks that high PQ makes the game easier...
Don't they understand the stress of being an evil taskmaster?

Oh, so now you Evil Ones try to change the rules on me, ey? First it was about honor, a battle you wouldn't have done well in without this newest revelation. Now it is about fairness. Oops. I am in big trouble now. Evil may have honor, but fairness is not in the evil rule book. Fairness says you are still double dipping unless all games after Slitherin's stop date are removed from his record (until he starts playing again, if ever) and all games before Slitherin's stop date are removed from the Marquesa's record. Then the points will be square.

Well, I made my point. I am not sore or anything. It takes a lot more than some cheese for me to take something personally. But it was something that needed to be discussed, another peculiarity in the Meta that the ever-watchful Gerakken has been noticing. Not that there is anything else weird going on in the Meta already... :)
