How can I download?

Do you have stardock central Corsus?

If you do, you can just download it again i guess. If you don't have it, you can find it in the downloads section. Then you register your product with sdc and you can download the game again.
To avoid doing that all the time I suggest you use the archive fonction in sdc and then save it to a cd rom, making it easier to reinstall later if need be.

I think there is also a direct download link for the game (without sdc, but i'm not sure where. But SDC is really the easiest way, I think

Yes, I do have stardock central.

But I'm not sure that I can download it there.

You must register your serial number in it (I think it's under "tools").

Once you have registered, you go to the software page, and you should find there all there is to download (galciv, bonus pack, updated manual, etc).

I think one of the possible issues is that you must type it exactly as it is on the email stardock sent you when you purchased the game. My best advice is copy and paste as it is directly fronm that mail. If you don't have it anymore, wust write it (careful for zeros and "o"'s or L and I).

If you connect yourself with stardock you can try the chat room. I always see there someone from the staf of galciv. Just now there is carielf connected. I'm sure he can help you if you ask him.

If he is not you can try posting another thread, with a more specific title (someone more informed than I will certainly help you). Or make a search in the forum for "lock password or "invalid sn". I've already seen other people before with a similar problem. I think they had some replies from the programmers, though I don't remember what they were told to do.

I have a question about downloading also. Not the game, which I bought in a store. But about Dregin.net. I paid my $30, got the message from Stardock. I put in my registration number. And was even able to look at the Dregin.net screen. But is there anything from Dregin.net that I need to download? That's what I"m confused about.

As long as you already have Stardock Central you shouldn't need to download anything else to use your Drengin subscription.
