User Level Problem

Hi all. Atlast we have WC 2K5 here. Really nicely done but I am facing some problem regarding User Levels.

Since I am WC Subscriber so my user level should be 5 but in my profile it is showing me on level 4. Is there any one else having the same problem or is it just me. And I request Amins to fix it as soon as possible

Everyone is having that issue.....at least, thats what I've seen....please, bear with the programmers, its on the list of stuff to fix.

WOM wonders where it says you should be a level 5!!!

Unless there was a change, subscribers were a level 4.

Thanks yrag for the link. I looked in subscriber resources and didn't find that only the titles.

Guess I need to say I was a level 5 on the old site and now it say I'am a level 4. Hum.

I am also at level 4, but i am sure if there is anything wrong with wincustimized scribers access,That the staff will do it best to fix any problums.

I just looked at my user level and found it to be 3 However, I am an Windowblinds Enhanced and Iconpackager Registered user and I purchased DesktopX and Ojectdock Plus in 2004. I believe this would make me a level 4. I wonder who I should be talking to? Or maybe it will all shake out in time.


Level 3: Past Stardock Customer. These are users who have purchased Stardock/WinCustomize products in the past but have not purchased anything in over a year.

Just let them work it out, it's only a damn number at the moment...I'm sure you will survive until they get it fixed...I'm guessin' it's low on their list right now in the middle of the changeover...

Last I checked I was level 4....so I wouldn't fret it too much....everyone's a bit out of whack. As with all 'bugs' it'll get squashed in due course.... The last few days it's been 'speed' as the prime focus of attention...

It'll probably pay to hold off with too much uploading while the back-room boys are all elbows and spanners.....it'll be anyone's guess whether uploads end up where they're intended .....

Not just a number. It prevents certain features to be used. For instance, I can't create my personal page because WC claims I'm userlever 3 (I'm ODNT subscriber, should be 4). A bit strange since my profile says userlevel 4, but I can't do any of the stuff I should be able to do as userlevel 4.

But I'll just sit and wait it out. Nothing that I need instantly anyways.

User Level Issues.  There was a problem with User Levels being DISPLAYED incorrectly.  The user level was displaying one less than it should have been.  But the user level that the system was working with was using the correct value. The problem was corrected yesterday. 

And for those who were attempting to cross reference, the email that when out had an incorrect url.  If you still need to cross reference please try again.
