ok I downloaded a skin and I used windowsblinds a long time ago, but then I didnt really wanna use it anymore and deleted it i downloaded it again but now I dont remember how to use skins that I have downloaded from the internet so if you guys could help me that would be of great help and greatly appreciated thank you

Ok you dl a wb skin ages ago...got tired of it and trashed it.

Just download the file you want, to somewhere easy to find (like a folder on your desktop, named WB skins or something)...unzip it, then double click the .wba file to load it into your WB lbrary. It should apply automatically.
