The "NEW" WinCustomize site

I have a couple of questions about the new WC site.

1. I asked how one could view the 'user level' on the new site and I got a vague reply saying, check the "stats" tab. I counted 19 tabs and not one was marked "Stats". Maybe something isn't displaying properly because I've looked everywhere for that "stats" tab. Could some one here be a little bit more explicit, please.

2. Every time I go to the new site I get a "Language pack installation" prompt saying that in order to view language characters correctly I need to install the package. For "Japanese" (no less)

Does anyone have any idea why this keeps happening? It only happens at the new WC site.
I do speak other languages but Japanese is not one of them not have I ever installed a language pack.

"Japanese" !!!!!!!!

Sorry...but that's kind of funny.....

I don't see the tab either, but maybe, if it's in Japanese, I'm looking right at it and don't know it.....

In IE menu 'View' click on 'encoding' and make sure it's set to auto/Unicode. In Internet Options/General/Languages...make sure only English shows.

1. I count 13 tabs. The 6th from the left being the Stats tab. (I don't see why check the Stats tab is a vague reply, since that's where the info is to be found)
2. No clue.

How could you possibly check someone's user level from the General site page? The site needs to know who you're inquiring about.

Sorry I took so long to get back.

By vague I meant there was no indication of where the tab was to be found... I think there are also tabs in "My Account"... and I'm not sure where else since the site is new.

I don't get "Stats" tab even if I'm logged in..... click my name you'll see what I mean.
Mine doesn't look like Koasati's.

I checked it English is the only one I have.
I have other language dictionaries but no language packs.

Actually I was trying to see my info.... like when I click on my name I see that I'm a level 5 user.
So I was trying to do the same over at the new site to see how everything was displayed and I couldn't find anything about user levels. Then I asked the question in the forum and here we are....
all because of that elusive "Stats" tab.

So is it a glitch?

You have to create your own site..under the My Account tab.........

...then, for what it's worth, you'll look like Koasati
