Random trivia, Did you know that NZ was considered to be part of Australia at Federation, but dropped cause of distance? I believe there are parts in both our constitutions that allow us the join into one country again. Not that it matters, Kiwi's are everwhere around Sydney. :D

Yes I am aware of the ability of NZ to join the Australian Commonwealth. New Zealand doesnt have a constitution so ours doesnt say anything about it!!

(See we are too poor to afford a constitution!!).

I live in Sydney and just about everyone I know is from Adelaide or NZ. When I go back to Adelaide I'm asked if I'm from NZ 'cause I have a funny accent! And Adelaidians have the same rivalry with the Eastern States as Australia with NZ (only the Eastern States don't even know SA exists :) ).

Bloody crow eaters, of course we know you guys exist. You make the worst Beer in Australia, "West End". Rather drink soft drink then that stuff.

We do appreiate your wine though.

On the other hand don't mind town Victor Habour and the Suburb Gleneg (sp?), didn't like Port Augusta

Some of the Aussies are interested in forming Empire ANZAC (or something similar) for folk on both sides of the ditch. I am easy although given we probably cant realistically compete for the top spot (Apolyton has 66 members!) I had assumed we would compete with each other....

Thoughts?

Dunno if an ANZAC empire would have enough muscle to hold our own... I wonder how many SAFs are out there?

Now, my maths is not a strong point, but I *calculate* that if Aussie and Galactic Kiwis and Cataleptic had an anshluss (is that the correct spelling?) the resulting Empire would be 7th: 16,828 + 6,644 + 17,790 = (um) 41,262. :( :notsure: :) :D LOL :CONGRAT:

Actually, NZ was offered the chance to be part of Australia at federation, but refused (and who can blame em?). We were never actually "part of Australia". ;-)

I doubt I'll have enough time to play Galciv to be of assistance to any empire - besides, I'm off to live in the US in a month or so anyway.
