Window Blinds

I am new to these programs so I dont really now what I am doing. I bought and downloaded window blinds 4.....I restarted and now everytime I try to open it the window opens but then this flash light comes on the screen like its looking for something and then this microsoft screen comes on and says wbconfig.exe has encountered a problem. Not sure what else to do if anyone has any suggestions that would be great.

I would try another reboot. If that doesn't fix it, uninstall, reboot, and reinstall, reboot.

Un-install the shareware version, re-boot and then install WB 4.4.
