Stardock and Wincustomise problems

I installed Stardock Central and related products on my new PC, many of the suites, themes, icons and objects won't work correctly.

Every suite I have downloaded hasn't registered in theme manager, they show up blank and when I try to apply them nothing happens.

Also I purchased my software through a third party company (stardock don't accept my UK debit card, because of this I can't cross reference my email address with you so now I can't download anything.

Please help, I am getting really fed up with all these issues and am considering getting a refund (though I doubt they will even respond to my email).

You haven't said what software you've purchased, but I can't find any info on the Stardock site concerning purchasing products via third parties. The only info I found for people with out credit cards is

I don't have a credit card/My card wasn't accepted by your order system. How can I order?

We also accept mail in orders with check or money order in US funds (Eurocheques are not accepted as they are not certified funds). Download the order form, which is also included in the installation directory of most trial versions. Print this out and mail with payment to:

K...In the UK there's a software company called Software Paradise UK where you can obtain an ObjectDesktop license

Thank you all for your replys. However I still can't download anything from the site, can anyone from wincustomize help?

I bought the full OD package from software paradise.

I have sent an email to Stardock about the programme issues.

Unfortunately, I think you're gonna have to wait until Monday for help from Stardock. I think that they are going to have to associate your license with your email before cross-referencing it here at WC will work.
