Really annoying error

Ok, everytime i download a windowblinds skin, i get this error:

"There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure it is a windowblinds skin?"

I have windowblinds (the latest version) already and no matter how many skins i try to download, i keep getting the same, really annoying error.

Please help me!

What skin (specifically) are you trying to download that gives you this error?

right click on the link to download, choose "save target as" from the menu. then install the skin manually and see if it has the same problem.

ok try this,

when you try to install the wba, and get that error click the ok or "yes"(can't remember which it's happened in the past not recently.) when that screen goes away, click install skin from disk again, then when the file window opens up, look in c:\program files\stardock\object desktop\windowblinds and you should see the name of the wba you were trying to load in the folders there. click on the folder with that name, and you should find a second folder within with the same name. click on it and within should be a wba skin.click on that skin and it should install fine. occasionally the way the author packages the skin creates a second folder , which confuses the wb program into thinking there isn't a file within.
that should help.

edit: missed a folder in the path. correct now.
