How do they do it?

I feel like such a n00b asking this question, but... what program do you use to create objects like the DesktopX Aquarium fishes? Bryce? Is there a tutorial someplace that you could direct me to? Thanks!

I am not good at making animations (if you are referring to animations), but my best guess would be any animation program, and possibly a 3D rendering program like Bryce, 3d canvas etc.

I think you could use flash, might be easier to do if you could.
