  1. Windows 11 full version and OS Build number. Use Winver.exe
  2. Start11 full version number.

That would be normal.  If you disable OS transparency it makes the blur Start11 uses solid.

I'm not having an issue but I couldn't get the right background color in the startmenu until I turned off transparency in the windows 11 settings.
