Hello,

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Purge and Reinstall]. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account page. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall and reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

Added note: If the issue still appear, please refer to this thread and refer the tip from Neil, Main Dev in his reply#2 and mine in reply#4.

Hello, Thank you for your reply. I followed the suggested steps; after Purge_WB and restarting the PC, the problem persisted.

After this, I removed the WB11 icon from the Tabbed Dock, placed a new icon via Add/Shortcut in the Tabbed Dock, and the problem was resolved.

That is strange, do you remember how you add it to the tab Dock, before? Interesting to know if I can reproduce that.
