Hi I have fences 3 on this PC and trialled fences 6 which I have decided not to purchase but now its not letting me go back to 3 and now not letting me move files into my fences please help thanks. I have fences 6 on my other PC but did not do the multi pc this time.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You should be able to uninstall Fences 6, reboot immediately and reinstall Fences 3 without issue. Not really sure what you mean by "not letting me go back to 3". What error or issue you are having to uninstall and reinstall Fences 3? Please elaborate.

So if i uninstall and reinstall will I lose all my fences I have setup or is there a way to save thanks
Uninstall should not remove your setting, unless you choose to remove setting while uninstalling. You could also use this guide on how to backup your settings. https://support.stardock.com/space/SHC/1331331082/Backup+and+Restore+the+Layout+of+Fences (refer at the bottom of that guide page)
