WindowBlinds 11 Not Listed in Control Panel

Hello, WindowBlinds 11 does not appear in the Control Panel. I tried removing it using the Purge tool and restarted the computer, but the error shown in the screenshot still appears. How can this be resolved? Thanks.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Just to be clear, after your did the purged and reboot the system, what did you have to do to make this "uninstall" error message popup?

After using the Purge to uninstall the software and restarting the computer, the error prompt shown in the image appeared automatically, without any additional action taken.
