It seems to me, there are not much recipients left, which is a pity.
Seems they both dwindled..Windows becoming less skinnable certainly didn't help.

This is awesome! I really like the arrangement, especially the tabs you put inside the horizontal space on the right. Are they Fences or other?

That's a "Shelf"...Winstep has a task bar - Nexstart, and Workshelf which has Tabbed Shelf/Shelves, Docks, Drawers, Launchpads, etc.
