there is a reluna trillian skin that is somewhat close. forgot where it was though. look through the trillian skins at deviantart. you might find what you are looking for there.

The closest thing I've seen is this: Reluna Blue and Green (the zip has both versions). It's listed under Trillian 2.0 Pro, so I don't know if it'll work under Trillan 1.0 or Trillain .74. (Actually, now that I think of it, this skin was modelled after an older Trillian skin by Honz, so it may actually work on those older versions)
