How do you unload a colony ships citizen to an already colozized planet?
You have to park the colony ship at the planet, then decommission the ship.
Actually, the citizen will go to the closest core world that has capacity for new citizens. This means trouble if you somehow get a colony ship with a Festron on it.
Will they do this automatically? And thanks for the help!
