I need help with logon studio !!

Greetings. I need some help with logon studio.
I've created an logon, but when Im going to apply it I get this error : Value creation failed " at line 14

Do someone know what I have to do ???

you may be using the wrong format of picture, If you get black lines through the view that is definitely it, it happens to me all the time.

Make sure your images are all .bmp, and the correct size. i've gotten that msg b4, and i just needed to change a file from a jpeg to bmp. but then again, it might be something else. as for the error msg, i have no clue what it means.

Anybody know why some logons won't work? Logon Studio doesn't recognize some of them.

Sorry, haven't found a solution to that problem yet. So, whoever answers it will help both of us.

I am not sure if this will answer your ques Bordfryr, but sometimes when you download a logon file it will show up on your computer with an extention .logonXP when acually its a zip file. If you try to open the file and it doesn't show up in the logonstudio program, just rename the file to .zip and open it up and you should see the real .logonXP file.
