Is there any way to mod galciv 2 v2.20 to include some of the cooler features of gal civ 3? mainly the ideology mechanic and the planet tiles/buildings with adjacency bonuses? I only ask this because the gameplay of 2 is superior to 3 and who knows how long it will take them to get galciv3 to the same level.
I guess what i'd really like to see is a mod for galciv3 that makes it play more like galciv 2 but I assume that would be a bigger job.
