Random early thoughts

- Stability- Wow! Best feel in an early game release yet by you guys. It honestly feels quite a bit more stable than FE:LH and that hasn't crashed (knock on wood) on me in a long time.

- Archers seem pretty darn overpowered on first glance, DEFINITELY need to spend some more time and see if I just need to alter some tactics or overall approach to armies with ranged units.

- Loving the graphics, crisp, super easy to see what is going on.

- Opening scene (intro): Pure excellence!

- Didn't realize that I needed to "build" on the first shard for way too long into the game. Won't make that mistake again though. That really set me back!

- Like the equip screen, mouseover comparisons at some point would be MOST welcome!!

Heading back in again!!

- New spells : Like the return of the random availability/choice (used to have them with level up options and tech research) I know many hate it because you can't plan ahead, but i really like this concept.

- Odd behavior : Sometimes while checking equipment you get left-right arrows to go between different units. Sometimes you have to exit the unit choose another and go back to equip. Along with this, when that arrow is working sometimes it starts going between all units, not just the ones in your current army.

- Thought "Sir Kael" was a champion at first, but apparently just a named regular unit a la the "Brothers Sparus" or the "Panca Archers"?

- Units in garrison show up as separate armies in the list in the right window. Seems they shouldn't show at all until they are out on the world map. Perhaps colored dots like in FE:LH would be better here?

- Bailey the wolf equips armor? Is this intended or an oversight? Btw, if I remember correctly Bailey is Brad's dog correct??

I'm really hoping you guys have some plans to make that less of a pain than it currently is. Perhaps even starting an official thread asking for ideas on the best implementation?

Anyone having issues with the game running extremely slowly?  I have a decent mid high end laptop and it moves incredibly slowly.  I'm sure it's an early build issue maybe a conflict with my system but it makes it impossible to play.
