The Yor are already pretty good as they are. There are only a few things I don't like. For example, the inefficieny of some of their buildings and starbases modules. So what would I change? Is a link to my mod enough?
If not, this is what I did with the Yor:
- increased the combined econ bonus from the Efficiency Studies techs to 90% (40% for Star Federation, 25% for the Efficiency Center, which I removed, and 25% for the regular market techs (I increased their bonus from 15% to 25%))
- slightly increased the morale bonus of the Charging Stalks (10%, 20%, 30%) and the Maintenance Grid (30%)
- added a small, static pop-growth bonus to the Charging Stalks (10%)
- replaced the regular labs with more efficient ones (due to this, the Yor lost access to the Research Coordinator and the Omega Research Center)
- slightly increased the research bonus of some techs
- added a small morale bonus to the techs Cybernetic History (10%), Charging Stalks (5%), Advanced Charging Stalks (5%), and Biological Studies (10%)
- removed the influence bonus from Biological Studies
- reduced, and made static, the maintenance cost of most buildings (same for all other races)
- gave the Yor access to the Tech and Manu Capital, and Gravity Accelerators (true for all races)
- removed access to Aphrodisiac
- added access to the techs Tidal Disruption, Planetary Defense, and Advanced Computing
- changed the Distributed Energy Matrix from a SP to a regular building, and made it much cheaper (both cost and maintenance)
- made the Manufacturing Vortex more efficient (less cost and maintenance, slightly higher output)
- made the Warp Disruptor starbase module Yor-only, and reduced the move penalty to 1
- increased the bonus of the Collective Mining, Mfg. Vortex Factory, and Energy Matrix Center starbase modules (same bonus as the other races)
This isn't a comprehensive list of my changes, but should give you a nice overview.
